Refund policy

At Candlry, we create candles for special moments — congratulations, weddings, zodiac signs, birthdays, housewarmings, and a little bit of humor too. Because our candles are carefully crafted and often purchased for specific occasions, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

Returns

We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Candles are fragile and personal-use products, so we are unable to take them back due to reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordered the wrong scent or design

  • Didn’t like the product after delivery

  • Event got canceled or postponed

Damaged or Defective Items

If your candle arrives damaged, broken, or defective, we’ve got you covered.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Share your order number

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (to the original payment method), depending on the situation

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
