  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or courier delays


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Any applicable charges must be paid in full before the order is shipped


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you may receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available)

  • Tracking updates depend on the courier partner


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Candlry is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the item and packaging

If your package is delayed or appears lost, contact us and we’ll assist in coordinating with the courier.

Currently, Candlry ships only within India unless stated otherwise on the website.
